Process for batch quality issues
Step 1: Gather evidence
The buyer provides videos, photos, affected quantity, and serial numbers. Our quality team traces production and component records.
Step 2: Parts and remote support
We prioritize local repair by sending corrected parts and providing video guidance, manuals, and technical support.
Step 3: Correct the source
When a component or process is responsible, we apply corrective action with the supplier and strengthen IQC/OQC controls.
