Welcome to the independent website operated by Yongkang Mordor Industry and Trade Co., Ltd. (“MORDOR”). These Terms explain the rights and obligations that apply when you use the Website. Accessing, browsing, using the Website, or conducting business through it, including inquiries, orders, and information submissions, means that you understand and accept these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Website.

1. Service Provider and Business Scope

We are a legally operating manufacturing and export company focused on the research, development, production, and export of children's electric scooters, smart ride-on toys, and related mobility accessories to markets including North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.

The Website is an information and B2B cooperation platform. Product details, specifications, capacity, prices, and other information are references based on current manufacturing and market conditions. We may adjust this information without prior notice because of raw material costs, market demand, supply-chain conditions, or trade-policy changes and are not liable for effects caused by those adjustments.

2. User Rules and Obligations

  • Eligibility and authorization: You represent that you have full legal capacity to use the Website. If you act for a company, you must have valid authorization and are responsible for disputes or losses caused by inadequate authority.
  • Compliance and intellectual property: You must follow applicable import/export, customs, and product-safety rules, including relevant CE, RoHS, and ASTM requirements. The MORDOR trademark, product designs, images, copy, and other Website intellectual property belong to us. You may not use the Website to infringe our rights or those of third parties.
  • Prohibited conduct: You may not disrupt the Website through hacking, malicious software, bulk scraping, false business requests, or similar conduct. We may terminate service, block access, and pursue legal remedies.

3. User Content and Authorization

Product inquiries, OEM/ODM specifications, and other content you submit must be truthful, lawful, and complete. You grant us a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, sublicensable, royalty-free right to use that content to process inquiries, optimize product designs, and communicate with you.

4. Service Changes and Termination

We may change or terminate any part of the Website because of business development, technology upgrades, or changes in law. If you violate these Terms, we may restrict or close access, terminate cooperation, delete submitted inquiries, and pursue legal liability without prior notice.

5. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • service interruption or information errors caused by force majeure, including natural disasters, grid failures, cyberattacks, or sudden trade-policy or tariff changes;
  • disputes between you and third parties, including local retail customers, arising from use of Website information;
  • direct or indirect losses, including lost retail profits, business interruption, or client-data loss, unless caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

Important note on product imagery: Product images, rendered videos, color samples, and feature descriptions show the general appearance and functions of our electric scooters. Batch upgrades, custom configurations, and display differences may cause reasonable differences in mass-produced products. The official written purchase contract signed by both parties controls the final rights and obligations.

6. Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law

Disputes should first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit in a court with jurisdiction at MORDOR's legal registration location: 5th Floor, Building 5, No.25 Jinshan East Road, Dongcheng Subdistrict, Yongkang City, Zhejiang Province. These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding conflict-of-laws rules.
